As we are approaching the new year it is time to get ourselves in a place of making better choices. Making conscious health decisions is not the easiest subject but it’s necessary. I know that we like what we like when it comes to food, but doing things in moderation or adding the “live” foods can be a difference maker. Try adding a fresh green salad to your meals all week long. Instead of focusing on what not to eat, shift your focus to what your body needs and start adding bit by bit.
